PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF DUNDURN Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Dundurn intends to consider the adoption of Bylaw No. 2026-02, the Official Community Plan, under The Planning and Development Act, 2007. Intent: The proposed Official Community Plan bylaw will replace the WaterWolf Planning District Official Community Plan and establish new municipal land use policies, goals and objectives for the Town. Affected Land: The proposed Official Community Plan will affect all land within the incorporated area of the Town of Dundurn. Reasons: The Official Community Plan will provide the Town with long-term direction on future development decisions and municipal goals. Public Inspection: Any person may inspect the proposed bylaw at the Town Office, located at 300 Third Avenue, in the Town of Dundurn, between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday each week. Copies of the bylaws are available at cost. Bylaws and maps may also be viewed online at the following website: Public Hearing: Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on April 21, 2026 at the Town Office. Any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaws is welcome to attend or to submit comments prior to the meeting. Council will consider all comments received.
